Excellent service all the way through the process! JC made sure I got the best deal and explained everything thoroughly in terms I could understand. Very personable. The work was great. The house is nice and cool. When there was a minor accidental item that was forgotten (because it was an extra ask on my part), they came right back and added it. Everyone went above and beyond.

I am quite impressed with Lang 72 Degrees not only with the first call, but their office. They are totally professional and leave nothing to wonder about. After calling for an appointment I received a call from Jim to let me know he was on his way, he is a very cordial and easy going guy who obviously knows his job. I received a call the following day and Jim came by and put in some serious time in 90 deg temps to repair our unit. Everything about this company just seems to run smoothly. When he was finished, I knew I had a job well done.

These guys were fast, efficient, and honest. They showed us exactly what we were up against, and worked with us to resolve our issues. Our tech even went out of the way to make sure we understood the mechanics of what was happening with our A/C. So amazing, 11/10. Will use their services again… because their yearly service program is SO AFFORDABLE!!
